Gymnastics Classes

Our toddler and preschool gymnastics classes provide a natural outlet for your little one to burn off energy while gaining balance, coordination, strength, skills, confidence and safe learning habits with other active children. In our classes, each child will develop the basic skills of gymnastics, emphasizing the forward and backward rolls and cartwheels. Children learn how to safely use all gym equipment, including the bars, beams, trampoline, and floor equipment. They learn to build self-confidence and make new friends.

Me & My shadow

18 - 36 months | 45 minutes | $500 for 20 weeks | $25 for trial class

Toddlers 18 to 36 months explore our two floors of preschool gym equipment with a 'shadow'. Children develop coordination, work on listening skills, and take turns while engaging in group activities with individual instruction and attention. Each class is 45 minutes.

3 - 5 years | 45 minutes | $500 for 20 weeks | $25 for trial class

Ages 3-5 independently learn the basics of gymnastics on preschool equipment focusing on balance, strength, coordination, and self-awareness. Attention to forward rolls, peer interaction, and following directions round out the experience while building self-confidence in their abilities. Each class is 45 minutes.
