GAB-Medford has various levels depending on the skills of your child. GAB currently accommodates Xcel levels Silver through Platinum, and Developmental Program Levels 4-8. For more information on these two programs please visit usagym.org or contact our Team Director.

Teams

A child coming from Super Stars will be ready for Xcel Silver. Our Team is competitive, but we strive to coach our gymnasts in ways that help them build confidence and a love for the sport. The girls will learn competition routines, and they will compete in a specified number of meets each season with the opportunity to qualify for State Meets.

Xcel Silver and Gold are required to practice two times per week. Practices run three hours a day.

Xcel Platinum and Level 4-8 practice 3 times per week for 9+ hours.
